Symptoms

Problem Description:

When using the integration partner for background checks, candidates that have passed the background check are not automatically moving to the next phase.

The Candidate Selection Process (CSP) has been configured to move to the next phase if the background check is passed and to move to the next state within the current phase if the background check is failed.
