Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user navigates to Tools > Alerts composer > History > filter, the following error is displayed:

ADF_FACES Error


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to view the historical runs of alerts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tools > Alerts composer > History > filter.

2. The error is displayed.
