When user looks up item 210400034 on the SIOCS web client or SOCS mobile UI, the following error occurs.
A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in to the SIOCS web client
2. Click on Tasks
3. Click on Lookup
4. Click on Item Lookup
5. In Item field type in 210400034
6. Click on Search
7. Receive Error Message
