Review Supply Availability UI does not show all scheduled Sales Orders.

Steps -

1. Create Sales Orders and Advance to status 'Awaiting Shipping'.
Item on the Sales Orders has allocation rules defined.

2. In GOP, open UI - Review Supply Availability.
GOP Form shows Demand for only one of the Sales Orders created.

3. Create Simulation Demand for multiple Orders.
GOP does not reflects the Simulation Demand on the Review Supply Availability UI.
