Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A tax classification code was setup at 4.5%. It's set to both: Allow ad hoc tax rate & Allow override and entry of inclusive tax lines.
However, when a sales invoice is interfaced (from another source system) the tax rule is still applying the 4.5% to the invoice and not the tax rate % sent with the invoice populated for as Tax rate for the interfaced rows with type LINE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Account Receivables (AR) transactions to be generated with the tax rate % populated for the interfaced lines with type Line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Import Autoinvoice
3. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
