Symptoms
Unable to Access Oracle Retail Application Administration Console. Currently ,unable to access the Oracle Retail Application Administration Console from ReIM. Started seeing this after the patch 19.0.009.4.1 installation.

- Log into ReIM application.
- Navigate to RAAC.
- See error as 'The requested page could not be found. Please try again from the: Previous page'.
