Symptoms

Unable to Access Oracle Retail Application Administration Console. Currently ,unable to access the Oracle Retail Application Administration Console from ReIM. Started seeing this after the patch 19.0.009.4.1 installation.

Steps to Recreate:

  1.  Log into ReIM application.
  2. Navigate  to RAAC.
  3. See error as 'The requested page could not be found. Please try again from the: Previous page'.
