Sold To Location From PO Not Updating From Latest Address In Manage Legal Entities (Doc ID 2779259.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is adding a new address to the existing legal entity and puts an end date on the old adress.
When proceeding to create a new PO after this change is done, the PO still picks the old legal entity address instead of the new one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The PO should take the new address of the Legal Entity, since the PO is created after the end date of the old address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. edit Legal Entity
2. add new address and end date the old one
3. create PO and check the address on that PO. It is still the old one.
