Goal

The issue was noticed after 21B Upgrade:

Employees used to apply for Personal Contributions List of Values without seeing any issues on the Manage Personal Contribution Responsive UI.
But now when open Manage Personal Contribution which is under Me - Show More - Compensation : there are no values when employee try to select the options from the List of Values.
