Symptoms

Users are seeing "Unexpected Error from Server" message when uploading zip files to OCE in a OIC process.

Users are also seeing "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (MediaTypeBlocked)." error when uploading directly via OCE WebUI.
