IDCS Admin Console is not accessible

The Error message we are getting is this one:

"There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, report this incident to your administrator with incident ID DnDd81wTB00000000."

Seems the issue is happening when we enable the Diagnostics option for Service and Data.
