Collections Transaction Notes Are Not Visible from Review Customer Accounts (Doc ID 2779621.1)

Collectors are adding notes to specific transactions within their managing of account transactions for a specific customer.

However, when user goes to Receivables/Billing/Review Customer Accounts and looks up the account by name or site and filters and finds the transactions, they don't see the notes that were entered by the collector.
