SHIPMENT.NO_OF_BOXES Field Length To Increase To 6 Digits

Symptoms
Currently SHIPMENT.NO_OF_BOXES can accept only 4 digits and incoming ASNOut.container_qty can accommodate unto 6 digits. Whenever container_qty is a value higher than 9999, incoming message fails with error:
Error: javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: number precision too large returned by program unit RMSSUB_ASNOUT.PARSE_BOL.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send an ASNOut to RMS with ASNOut.container_qty higher than 9999.
2. Notice message is failed in RIB Hospital with error listed above.
