ESS Payment Method - Delete Function Not Consistent (Doc ID 2779837.1)

Symptoms

1.Unable to delete Remaining Pay PPM. After clicking the Delete button, the Edit mode is closed but the PPM remains in the page, not deleted (end dated). No error/warning received.

2. Able to delete the Remaining Pay PPM. However, upon checking the table, the PPM is no longer exist. it was purged instead of end dated.
