Storing Email Addresses In Characteristic Field Seems Not An Ideal Solution (Doc ID 2780034.1)

Goal

Storing email addresses in Characteristic Field seems not an ideal solution.

Despite that User can store unlimited number of email addresses in ORMB, but storing email addresses in the characteristic field seems less relevant for long term use as the function require an "Effective Date" to be uniquely setup for the every similar characteristic type (EMAIL_TO, EMAIL_CC and EMAIL_BC) created. Thus, an enhancement is required to move away from using the Effective date in the characteristic fields as it could lead to confusion, date misinterpretation, audit questions, and require mind set when it comes to email maintenance.

We are looking for a simple entry to setup email addresses without a need to set effective date towards it.
