On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Digital Customer Service

Ability to Adjust Chat Welcome Message?

Are we able to adjust/edit the welcome message within the Chat window? We want to remove the last name of the Agent and/or adjust text.

Based on our initial review, this potentially is editable within VBS Designer. Any insight on how to do this?
