Question: How to get Custom Token Values in MCA APIs in CTI?

Trying to implement CTI Toolbar and using MCA-provided CTI Media Toolbar APIs.

We want to create and get values of custom tokens. For eg: Created a custom token 'XX_BU_UNIT' but unable to get its value in the MCA function.

How to get the value of this custom system token 'XX_BU_UNIT' using the 'MCA Token' task?
