Partner Is Created After Cancel (Doc ID 2780892.1)

The RMS UI allows to create a Partner, even though the user is entering into address detail screen and cancelled it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1 – Go to Partner create screen and enter all partner details
Step 2 – Click on Add Address. Just Cancel Out on this screen
Step 3 – Cancel out on the Partner create screen too
Step 4 – Search for the partner user tried to create, it shows up
