The Owner Column In All Territory Exports Is Showing The Value As 'FALSE' (Doc ID 2780917.1)

Symptoms

We observed that the owner column in all Territory exports always has the value 'FALSE'. It should be 'TRUE' for the Owner of a Territory.

When exporting the territories the actual result is: the owner column has the values as False instead of True.
