Goal

Vendor unable to create work confirmation as line item disappeared (no items to display) and all the blank box (ie: Work confirmation Date, Work Completion Date, Supplier Reference, Comment, Attachment) can't be filled in.

- Once click new work confirmation button, a new Work Confirmation (WC) number has appeared (########), but vendor cannot fill in any information and upload any attachment (all become grey), hence the WC can’t be saved and submitted
- Error popped out:” Failed to get requested information”
- PO line item not appeared for all previously approved Work Confirmation
