FA:SCM:PIM-No Error Display While Using Contains Operator in Item Description Field Without Organization Value (Doc ID 2781205.1)

When user is using contains operator for Item Search, Error is throwing while using contains operator for Item. But error is not throwing while using contains operator in Description without organization value .As per 21B release readiness document if we use contains operator without Organization value, Error should pop up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Product Management->Product information Management
3. Goto Task List->Manage Items
4. Select Application Default as Saved Search
5. Select Contains Operator for Description and do not select any value for Organizations
6. Click on Search
7. No Error Displays

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Below error is expected while using contains operator in Description without organization value

"You can't search using the Contains operator without providing an organization context. Without context, performance is affected. (EGP-2776153)"
