21B Release: Order Management UI Displaying All Business Units

Symptoms
In the 21B update, Order Management Cloud users may experience an issue where they can see and access all the Business Units (BUs) while creating a sales order. Even the Order Management users who are given access to limited BUs may see all BUs in "Business Unit" field LOV while creating a sales order.
Steps to reproduce
1. Login to Oracle Applications Cloud.
2. Go to Order Management -> Create Order.
3. Click on "Business Unit" field LOV.
4. System will display all the Business Units even though OM user is granted access to limited BUs.
Note - Users having Order Entry roles and also have access to Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Technician roles will face this issue.
