Problem Description:
Job Offer Approvals are failing.
The Transaction Details for the approval show the following error:
BPEL_TASK_30107
Error fetching manager list using Hierarchy Provider. Failed to walk up the hierarchy for principal: {username}.
Check Starting Point/Task Creator and Upto Approver values and Hierarchy Provider Setup.
