Goal

Questions:

With regard to the new PERIOD_TYPE of 'O' for Offer in the PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE_TABLE:

Q1: Is this period type valid?

Q2: Please explain the workflow on why and which step this happens?  Does it happen after a candidate is moved to Core HR or before that?

Q3: Currently vendor integrations are not set to look for a PERIOD_TYPE = 'E' for Employee -- they just use the MAX effective dated row.

Is it safe to assume all integrations should be coded to pick up a PERIOD_TYPE of 'E' if we are planning to send Employee records?
