Minimized Blank Window Appears In CTI Flow

Minimized blank window appears in CTI flow
We are using the CTI flow in which the toolbar is creating a lead and then the flow automatically shows the lead edit layout with the information of the new lead that was created from the bar. This is working fine, but we encountered the following problem:
After the user closes the lead window that the flow displayed, a minimized blank screen appears that must be further closed. This happens only when the lead was shown in popup mode. This doesn’t happen when the lead is shown in a tab at the bottom of the application (like when we execute the flow while previously working with service requests) (I attach an image of both cases).
How can we prevent this screen from appearing?
Is there any way that the lead is always executed in tab mode and not in popup mode when the flow opens it?
