ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Different assignment numbers seen on different pages (Employment page vs Element Entry page)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No assignment numbers discrepancy should exists for the same employee between different pages
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Employment page of employee 1234567 - the assignment number is seen as E1234567
2 - Element Entry page of same employee 1234567 - the assignment number is seen as 1234567, without 'E'
