Symptoms
Upgrade failed and upgrade log shows following:
INFO: Apr 27, 2021 12:58:04 PM oracle.assistants.dbua.prereq.StandalonePrereqExecutor shutdown
INFO: RESULT: There can be no unresolved distributed transactions prior to database upgrade because the data they contain would be lost during the upgrade. You can view the unresolved distributed transactions with
