Symptoms

When attempting to configure EBS Asserter for the Application Versions

Database Version : 19.9.0.0.0

error occurs.

Caused by: Error : 20001, Position : 0, Sql = BEGIN fnd_security_pkg.fnd_encrypted_pwd_x(:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8); END;, OriginalSql = BEGIN fnd_security_pkg.fnd_encrypted_pwd_x(:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8); END;, Error Msg = ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: SECURITY_APPL_DESKTOP_CHECK has been detected in FND_SECURITY_PKG.FND_ENCRYPTED_PWD_X.ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_SECURITY_PKG", line 620




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new EBS data source for EBS Asserter from WebLogic console.
2. After configuring click on TEST CONFIGURATION
