Symptoms
After patching an Oracle Linux 8.3 instance, the oci-linux-config package replaced /etc/oci-hostname.conf file with the default configuration file version.
Changes
'yum update' upgrades package from oci-linux-config-2.0-1.0.15.el8.noarch to oci-linux-config-2.0-1.0.16.el8.noarch
