Symptoms

When attempting to open a Project Cost Sheet, the following Error message is displayed.

ERROR

"Alert Error while loading preferences."

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Log in to the Unifier environment
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been observed
  3. Attempt to open the Project Cost Sheet
  4. The error message noted above is displayed.
