Goal

After creating an IDCS user, the user will receive the welcome email.

In the welcome email we can see the 'contact your system administrator' email address'. Upon clicking the email address, the '+' symbol is added to the email To field.

This issue is not replicable when checked with outlook and replicates only in Gmail or any other web client.
