Transfer Edit That Is Locked by a Different User not Having any Warning Message (Doc ID 2781795.1)

Symptoms


When editing a transfer that is being locked by a different user, there is no warning message that transfer is open in View mode.
Expect to have a warning message that document is locked and will be open in View mode.


Steps to reproduce:


1. Navigate to transfer search screen and find a transfer currently locked by a different user.
2. Attempt to open the transfer in edit mode.
3. Notice that the transfer was open in view mode, but no warning / pop up was given to the user.
