Error CE-660382 Running the Ess Job Autoreconcile Bank Statements (Doc ID 2781858.1)

Symptoms

ESS job "Autoreconcile Bank Statements" is completing in a Warning status with the below message shown at the bottom of the log file:

WARNING:You don't have the permission CE_SUBMIT_BANK_STATEMENT_TRANSACTION_CREATION_PERMISSION to submit the Generate Cash Transactions process. (CE-660382)

Because of this issue, the Generate Cash Transactions process is not getting launched.
