Create Requisition
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Requestor name is not appearing correctly in requisitions.
Requestor name is having junk characters (%20) between first name and last name, this is appearing in Purchase requisitions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the name to appear correctly without the junk characters
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inquire on a requisition entered by the problem user
2. Observe name in the problem format: John%20Doe
