Details

Support for Oracle Cloud Storage Software Appliance (OCSSA) and Storage Software Appliance (SSA) is ending in June 2022. For SSA, OCSSA, and Storage Gateway (SG) products, customer support will respond to service requests through email during normal US business hours. An upgrade for Storage Gateway is available (v1.4 released April 2021). Older versions of Storage Gateway are no longer supported.

Actions

You must upgrade to Storage Gateway v1.4 as older versions of Storage Gateway are no longer supported. For information on upgrading, see Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Storage Gateway (Release 1.4).
