Unable to Add Any Field in Service Request Object's Page Layout (Doc ID 2781932.1)

Symptoms

Unable to add any field (standard or custom) in any page layout on service request object. Other objects are ok.

After a field is added to page layout and click service and close. Getting
following error message

<MESSAGE><NUMBER>ZCX-3075002</NUMBER><TEXT>The object Overview Page can't be updated because of an error. Contact your help desk.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT>Incident ID: xx, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name:ORA_CRM_UIAPP</INCIDENT></MESSAGE>.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle
