Budget Approval Custom Template Not Pulling Correct Data (Doc ID 2782044.1)

Goal

We have applied a custom template for the BPM Approve Plan Version notification. We are looking to have the Previous Burdened Cost in Project Currency show on the template. I have called the PREV_PC_BRDND_COST field from the FinancialPlanVersionApprovalDM.
However when I submit a budget that field is blank. I have queried back the data model with the particular plan I am looking for and can see the values in the tables I would expect, but they aren't pulling through to the report.
