Symptoms

Connection From OAC to Oracle Database in Private Subnet in OCI Fails When Using Private Access Channel(PAC) . Create connection from OAC Console > Connections fails with error 'Invalid connection details were supplied. Please enter the correct details and try again'.

The issue is only seen in PROD Instance. Same setup works fine in UAT Instance.
