Request More Info Action on Incentive Compensation Plan Document Approval Via Email Is Not Working (Doc ID 2782164.1)

Symptoms

When participant respond via email notification Action [ Request More Info ] , the default user to request the info from is the participant.  The cause the workflow notification did not get update and status unchanged.  However, if participant log into application and select Request More Information from the worklist notification, he has option to select from [ Other Users ] and approval flow works as expected.

STEPS
1) Manage Parameters :
     *Analyst Approval Hierarchy Levels= 0
     *Supervisor Approval Hierarchy Levels = 0
2) Submit plan document for Rep1 ( participant_id 28000 ) and Rep2 ( participant_id 26231 )
3) Rep1 received email notification ( Task Number 413378 )
    ACTION: Click on [ Request More Info ]
    a. Type in email response: The Target should be $150,000
    b. Click [ Send ]
    c. Next, login as Rep1 and see that the notification for request info is assigned to Rep1 (himself).
        This notification still shows as being assigned for Rep1
4) Rep2 log into application and respond with Request Information ( task number 413379 )
    ACTION: Request More Information
    a. Select From [ Other users] = analyst3
        Note: From option only has the Participant = Rep2
    b. Enter Comments = The Target should be $100,000
    c. Return Options is NOT enable
5) Login Analyst3 , the Rep2 notification has the following actions (Reassign, Withdraw, Submit Information , Save )
    Note: This notification is not in the bell icon list, have to click on Worklist to see all notification
    a. Add comment : This is correct -- from Analyst3 via UI
    b. Attach txt file ( Your Contract )
    c. ACTION : Submit Information
    d. participant Rep2 received email notification from Analyst3 with the contract attachment and see the comments
        Note: The notification via the UI also shows the same
    e. ACTION: Approve via email
        Note: This completes the flow for Rep2

 

Issue is with Rep1 when he Request More Info via email notification.
