Percentage Split Is Read Only in Opportunity Teams

Symptoms
Users are unable to edit the 'Percentage Split' field in opportunity records. Using both the inline edit and the Edit options do not allow for any modifications.
Reproducible Steps:
1. Navigate to any Opportunity record
2. Scroll down to the Opportunity Team related information section
3. Click Edit or the pencil icon and no changes can be made to the field 'Percentage Split'
