Symptoms

When attempting to replication of data from Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) Ledger's to Rich History Database (RHDB), it is returning following error:

"Too many errors committing block to rich history database <channel_name>; stopping replication for at least [30m0s]msecs [Timeout committing block for <channel_name>]"
