OSF: Customize Global Style Sheets and Fonts (Doc ID 2782487.1)

When attempting to customize the global style sheet, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) First create a new folder in your custom application named styles at //assets/styles/
2) Create a new file in the styles folder. This file will customize the settings for the target element(eg. Icons reference)
3) Next, create a file named config.json at //assets/styles/. The config.json file contains an objects which identify each aliased file by name and lists ranking and sites properties which set the precedence of the files as they apply to the application storefront. The higher the rank, the higher the precedence.
4) Deploy the code to OCC development environment.

Also, when deploying fonts to OSF environment, the fonts are not getting loaded and the network traffic shows 404 for the font file.
