Goal

When trying to access the SmartNav on terminated employees or for future hires it opens as a blank page


Steps followed:
1. My Client Groups > Employment info > Advanced search
2. enter effective date in past, person umber > Search
3. enter the terminated employee
4. click on Smartnav > it opens as blank
