Untranslated System Administration And Role Permissions (Doc ID 2782560.1)

There are untranslated role permissions and system administration parameter in the EICS 19.2 UI.

In Admin -> Configuration -> System Administration screen, topic Admin that contains the following:
"Untranslated: config.system.db.rex.cod".
In Security - > Role Maintenance screen and click in one of the roles (example: 'Administrator'), Role Detail screen will display:
"Untranslated: security.perm.bulk.scan.access"
"Untranslated: security.perm.op.issue.admin.access"
"Untranslated: security.perm.op.issue.batch.execution.delete".
