CBS Codes Have Incorrect Format in Cost Sheet Export File

Symptoms
On : Unifier 20.11
When exporting CBS codes from the cost sheet, some codes in the export file have had their parent codes stripped. If the the codes are updated to have the appropriate parent code in the export file, and users attempt to import the file, they receive the error below.
