How To Delete All Burdening Transactions In Pending? (Doc ID 2782838.1)

Goal

Burdening transactions have been created on our live environnement but we would like to delete them. I see it is possible for unprocessed cost transactions but I didnt find any way to delete the burdening transactions which are pending.
The issue is that they are no longer relevant.
