Symptoms

Recurring process 'GTM Retrieve Vendor Content Data' fails with 'ORA-28115: policy with check option'

The DBA user does the following steps ..

1. Log in as DBA.ADMIN (the default User Role is DBA.ADMIN)
2. Schedule 'Download Data Content' (GTM Retrieve Vendor Content Data)
3. Then switch to User Role (XXX) from the User Role drop-list, before the scheduled time in Step 2.
