PRC:SSP: Requisition PDF Report Does Not Show All Decimals in Price

Symptoms
On Requisition PDFs, if there is a zero after the decimal point, the full amount does not display. If the amount is $2404.00 the report shows $2404, or $5201.80 the report shows $5201.8
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove the code set in the default template in the advanced tab of the amount field needing customization
2. Add the name of the field <?FunctionalAmount?> and save. (Same can be done for Requisition amount at the header.)
3. Upload the modified template and set this new template as the default in BI Publisher
The above change worked on the line level but did not work on the Requisition amount.
