Sometimes trying to reset password on the reset password page with correct email may get following error or alike:

Reproducible Steps

1. On the storefront site, click Sign in and Forgot password link.
2. Enter your email address that has an account associated with and submit.
3. Click the reset password link in the email that brings you to reset password page.
4. Enter the corresponding email address and a new password, then submit. Notice above error.
