Which Stock Is The Priority Either PO Stock Or WH Stock ?

Goal
When allocating an item from both Purchase Order (PO) stock and Warehouse (WH) stock, Allocations is giving priority to allocate the PO quantity first.
It is only using stock from the WH when the need surpasses the total quantity in the PO.
Is there any way to prioritize the WH stock in this type of allocations? When allocating perishable goods would like to push the older items in the stock first.
