Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to load a specialization using HCM Data Loader (HDL), the following error occurs:

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test.

Message details:
JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Couldn't process specialization section activity physical
row from dat file! oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Couldn't query activity learning item details for LearningItemId
